He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Sydney, Betty Caplan and Harrisburg. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Caplan and Suellen Caplan of Boynton Beach, FL; his child Rayna Caplan; and his siblings, Blake (Amanda), Brooke, Courtney, Eric and Amber Caplan.
