Deborah Zepeda wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Cotant Family, I will always remember Bill from when he was our pastor Pastor in Clarks, Nebraska. I was only five years old, and my parents are Ronald and Peggy Miller. Bill was always the storyteller of my Pooh Bear stories. I will miss him dearly. He was a wonderful man and I always thought of him as a father when he was there. I wish you my deepest sympathy and know that he will always bring peace everywhere as that was the kind of man he was.”
