She is survived by: her daughter Ursula Zaba McCarthy (James Patrick McCarthy); her grandchildren, Madaline Yolanta McCarthy and Zoe Christine McCarthy; her son Michael Cazmir Zaba (Megan Marie Zaba); her grandson Timothy Michael Zaba; her sister Małgorzata Bartosiewicz of Warsaw; and her nieces and nephews, Krzysztof Bartosiewicz (Joanna Bartosiewicz) and Helenka Bartosiewicz.
