With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Hardy Prather of Bradenton, Florida, born in Gainesville, Florida, who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardy Prather and Freda Prather. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his sister Robyn Spangler; his children, Jennifer Taylor (Mike), Ben Sabo (Jenny) and Nathan Sabo (Jen); and his grandchildren, Christian Taylor, Kayleigh Sabo, Isabel Taylor, Chase Thornton, Orin Taylor, Christian Sabo, Amelia Sabo and Grady Sabo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Alan's name to Christ Episcopal Church or the Salvation Army.
