He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mims Stewart of Bradenton, Florida; his children, John Stewart (Trish), Wayne Stewart (Kaitie) and Tammy Mercer of Naples, Florida.; his grandsons, Benjamen Stewart, Riley Stewart, Greyson Stewart, Jeffery Mercer and Christopher Mercer; his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Avery Mercer; and his sisters, Marianne (Craig Kluver), Rosemary Stewart of Webster and Annabel Sines of Hobe Sound.
