He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Elwood Hill, Sr. and Marina Burrus Hill; and his brother Russell Elwood Hill, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Dean Hill (Sherry) of Bradenton, Amber Dean Hill of Albany and Sarah Dean Hill of Albany; and his brother Carroll Wayne Hill of Elizabeth City. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews: two stepchildren: and four step great-grandchildren.
