She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Forbis and Catherine Thomerson Forbis; her sister Betty (Gordon Pitcock); Basil Burch Akin Sr. of Danville. She is survived by: her son Burch; her daughter-in-law Donna of Palmetto, FL; her niece Debbie Casteel (Danny); and her nephews, David and Christopher Pitcock.
