Dowd (Bradenton, Florida), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on August 10, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Dowd; her granddaughter Melissa A. Dowd; her parents, William Mullen and Catherine Mullen; and her siblings, Mary Leun (Albert), William Mullen (Elizabeth), Terrence Mullen Thomas (Martha), James Mullen (Virginia) and Philip Mullen (Catherine).
She is survived by: her children, Cathy, James C. Dowd, Catherine R. Dowd and Mary Dowd-Martin; her grandsons, Devin Martin and Keenan Martin; and her granddaughter-in-law Brunna Dutra Martin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
