He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Gruppo; his son Anthony C. Gruppo Jr.; his daughter-in-law Laura Gruppo; his daughter Tara Ann Karas; his son-in-law Lumir Karas; his grandchildren, Ainsley Jane Karas, Cecilia Juliette Gruppo and Marina Jacqueline Gruppo; his sister Phyllis Ann Snyder; and his brother-in-law Bruce Snyder.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Eagles Autism Foundation in memory of Anthony C. Gruppo. The Foundation funds innovative autism research and care programs that help improve the lives of individuals and families affected by autism.
