He is survived by: his wife Sandra Frater; his sons, Raymond Frater (Janice) and Scott Frater (Eileen); his daughter-in-law Lynn Frater Morrow; his grandchildren, Harrison Frater, Ethan Frater, Charlie Frater, James Frater, Rebekah Frater, Morgan Frater and Chase Frater; and his sibling's children, Craig Frater and Joni Frater. He is also survived by friends and family.
