He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alfred Beekman and Janet Elizabeth Turner. He is survived by: his children, Jason Beekman and Haley Smolinski (Jesse); his granddaughter Piper; and his sisters, Lindsey Grimmer (Gary) and Leslie Swyden (Forest).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service (203 Logan Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established in the family's name.
