He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Ray Wilson and Lometa McGregor Wilson; and his siblings, Mary Jeanette Wilson, Robert Lynn Wilson of McMinnville and Katherine Joyce Wilson West of St. Petersburg, Florida..

He is survived by: his niece Joy West Catain of Largo; and his nephew David Gregory West of St. Petersburg. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great great niece and nephews as well as cousins and aunts.
