She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Novak; and her parents, Dr. Clair Butler and Edie Butler. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Novak (Chelsea), Christopher Novak (Carson), Zach Novak and Andrea Murtaugh; her siblings, Sherry Matos, Laurie Sheridan and Jay Butler; and her grandchildren, AnnaClair Novak and Cooper Novak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
