He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Jola P. Gates; his children, Brandi Molter (Joe) and Chad Gates (Rachel); and his grandchildren, Sloane, Kent, Cameron and Audrey. He is also survived by five sisters; extended family; and numerous friends.
