He was predeceased by: his sister Debra Jo Slabaugh; his grandmother Joanna Schmucker; and his nephew Elijah Ray Slabaugh. He is survived by: his parents, Wayne L. Slabaugh and Margaret Ann Slabaugh (Schmucker); his siblings, Leon Ray Slabaugh (Mary Lou Miller) of Arcadia, FL, Anita Faye Slabaugh of Etna Green and Brian Allen Slabaugh of Etna Green; his niece Skyla Nicole Slabaugh; his nephew Shawn Lynn Slabaugh; and his grandparents, Lonnie, Verba Slabaugh and Oscar Schmucker Jr. (Laura).
