He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carson Westfall and Margaret Pearson Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Christine Bott Westfall; his children, Lindsy Westfall Kruse (Brent Kruse) and Carson Westfall (Amber Westfall); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Mott Perschino (Chris Perschino), Hannah Mott, Madison Westfall and Callin Westfall; his stepgrandchildren, Kylie Kruse Perna (Josh Perna) and Jack Kruse; his great grandchild Callahan Perschino; and his brother John Westfall (Carol Westfall). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In accordance with David's wishes, no flowers are requested. Memorial donations may be made to the Sertoma Club of Bradenton, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Tidewell Hospice or a charity of one's choice, or by doing something kind for someone in need (a request on David's Christmas List every year).
