He was predeceased by: his parents, John Guze and Anna Guze (Chintala). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Guze (Sopko); his children, Brian Guze Yardley (Harriett), John Guze (Maria) and Karen; his grandchildren, Victor Guze, Brian Guze, Sean Guze, Michael Guze and Mackenzie "Mac" Guze; his sons, Crematory and St W of Bradenton, FL; and his brother George Guze (Valerie).

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in his name to any of the following organizations: Tidewell Hospice, American Cancer Society, and/or the Humane Society.
