It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores Martin of Bradenton, Florida, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John A Francis and Lillian E Francis; her former husband Vincent Bissell; her son David Bissell; and her brothers, John, Donn, Robert and Richard Francis.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Martin; her daughter Terry; her son-in-law Ron Northcutt; her grandchildren, Scott Bissell and Joanna Bissell-Havran; and her sister Patricia.
