He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Rose Puckett; his daughters, Denise Willis (Todd) of Southaven, MS and Dana Tillman (Brock) of Leesburg, FL; his stepchildren, Shelly Lindsell of Berkshire, England, Kevin Gaeke (Marie) of Dayton, OH and Steve (Eun) of Centerville, OH; and his grandchildren, Tori, Tyler, Tim, Tabitha, Wade, Tanner, Hunter, Maverick, Tommy, Alie, John, Samantha, Ethan and Emma.
