He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald James and Evelyn Cook of Newark; and his wife Paula. He is survived by: his daughters, Suzanne Paldino (Anthony) and Sandra Griscom (Dan). He is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
