He is survived by: his wife Marlys Sweitzer of Bradenton; his children, Donnie Sweitzer (Sandie) of Indiana, Christine Melchi of Sarasota, Teresa Clark (Robert) of Lake View, Michael Martinko of Winter Park and Karyn Wilczynski (Don) of Apopka, Florida; his siblings, Gene Sweitzer and Sandy Kolzow; his great grandchildren, Caleb Clark, Matthew Clark (Crystal), Philip Clark, Daniel Clark (Amanda), Kathleen Clark, Benjamin Clark (Kaylin), Miranda Lee (Jacob), Hannah Whitlock (Brennan) and Rachel Hanner (Bailey); and his stepdaughters, Lorri Guy, Jamie Brock, Robin Acks and Jody Kemmerlin (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Bethel Baptist Church to support its many missionary service projects.
