She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Snipes and Effie Lois Marr Snipes. She is survived by: her spouse Berlin H. Mills of Roanoke, VA.; her son Berl (Renee); and her grandchildren, Josh (Brittany), Jake (Lindsey), Quinn, Tyner, Collier and Lainey.
