“I met Doug in February 1984. His warm welcome to the Psychology Department at IUP was a major reason for our family's move to Indiana in July of that year. Doug did everything that he could to make the department a family for all of us while also doing all that he could to improve the department. I don't know anyone else who could or would have taken on those two missions. Every memory that I have of him brings a smile to my face. Deb and I offer our sincere condolences. Ray and Deb Pavloski”
