He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Marcus Dahlquist, Sr. and Winifred Jean Smith Dahlquist (Smith); his parents-in-law, Frank Ellinwood and Doris Ellinwood; his brother David "Fritz" Dahlquist; his godson Zachary Nickells Smith; and his nephew Jordan William DeMers.
He is survived by: his children, Hannah Elizabeth Boyd (Daniel Edward Boyd) and David Benjamin Dahlquist; his wife Theresa; his siblings, Henry "Hank" Marcus Dahlquist, Jr., Dianne Linsenman and Kristin Mead; and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Dahlquist, Dena Dahlquist, Pamela Ellinwood Spry, Deborah Ellinwood DeMers, William "Bill" Alexander, Steve Mead, Alfredo "Freddy" Spry and Rodney DeMers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
