He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Dinan and Helen Dinan (Hennessy); and his siblings, Daniel, Robert and Anne Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne; and his children, Duane of Banks, OR, Randal (Mercedes) of San Antonio, TX., Kathleen (David) of San Antonio, TX. and Laura Karsch of San Antonio, TX.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
