He is survived by: his children, Tara Batts of Florida, Sara Batts-Castro of Florida and Chad Batts of Florida; his grandchildren, Marc Soper, Celine Batts, Rose, Alex, Jayden and Kayden; his stepmother Bertha Batts; and his siblings, Dana Lee Miller of Indiana, Laura Wallace of Indiana and Teresa L. Batts of Indiana.
