He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Bevill and Celeste Imogene Puckett Bevill; and his sister Darlene Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Monica Westrick Bevill of Bradenton, FL; his daughter Lyndsey Bevill of Wesley Chapel, FL; his stepsons, Todd Crawford (Sarah) of Union, KY and Jeffrey Crawford (Nikki) of Sanders, KY; his grandchildren, Maddie, Max and Benjamin Crawford; his pet Toby; and his siblings, Donna Shacklette (Don), Johnny Bevill (Rebekah), Libby Myers (Rick), Pat Bevill (Kathy) and Bill Bevill (Angie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
