He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce Ann Bell (Groves); his children, Cindy Ann Bell, Fred Allen Bell, III (Shannon Bell) and Jane Allison Wildesen (Ed Wildesen); his grandchildren, Scott Wildesen (Jade Wildesen), Abby Dayton (Pat Dayton), Kyle Bell, Alec Bell (Mariah Bell) and Nikolas Bell; and his great grandchildren, Danica, Garrett Wildesen, Hank and Lulu Belle Dayton.
