He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Waggoner and Mary Waggoner (Borden); his stepmother Opal Ruth Moore; and his sister Eupha Rae Albertson. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his stepsister Elaine Cheatham; his children, Ellen Huheey (John), Viktor Phoenix (Alexandra), Shelley Johnson (Laureen), Stephen Johnson (Jennifer) and Pam Hitchcock (Bob); his grandchildren, Zachary Huheey, Jacob Curran, Allie Hensley (Brody), Jenna Curran, Isabella Johnson, Shepard Phoenix and Gabrielle Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Cooper Hensley and Caden Hensley.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Bob's memory to Dogs, Inc., Bay Pines VA Health System, or Family of God United Methodist Church.
