He is survived by: his parents, Tom Carlysle and Lisa Carlysle (Lien) of Tucker, GA; his brothers, Geoff (Kelly) of Clarksville, TN and Trevor of Suwanee, GA; his son Kai Fox Carlysle of Bradenton, FL; and his close friend Angel DeLuca of Bradenton, FL.. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
