He was predeceased by: his parents, Ausby Green and Florence Shank Green; his wife Mary Janet Williams Green; and his siblings, Ruhama Jane Green Doty, Patricia Green Gresham, Bruce Green and Lowell Green.
He is survived by: his brother John; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Green of California. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
