He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Franklin Padgett and Irene Alice Miller Padgett; his former wife Priscilla Short; his siblings, Chuck, Russell, Tom, Gib, Steve, Phyllis, Linda and Martha; and his daughter Arthella Larkin.
He is survived by: his children, Lee (Fran) of Bradenton and Paula LaRowe (Kim) of Mills River, NC; his siblings, Tim Bybee (Linda), Marilyn, Mary and Sharon; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Padgett and Sharon Short; his grandchildren, Chad LaRowe (Kelly), Dean LaRowe (Brittany) and Kyle LaRowe; his wife Alisha; and his caregivers, Karen, Sue, Gina, Tiffany, James, Henry and Alexis.
