He is survived by: his wife Carol Ross; his sons, Jason McKenzie (Nishka) of Great Bend, KS and Nicholas McKenzie (Amy) of Sarasota, FL; his sisters, Kathy Blair (John) of Staffordsville, KY, Janie McKenzie of Springfield, OH and Debbie Sammons (Mike) of Paintsville, KY; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jordan, Victor, Tyler, Kaylah and Megan; and his great grandchild Lydia.
Memorials have been suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
