She is survived by: her children, Deandrae "Katie" Ward Estevez (Frank) of Bradenton, FL and John Ward (Stephanie) of Wichita Falls, TX; her grandchildren, Mathew Ward, Jarred Ward, Madison Ward, Joey Ward and Colton Ward; her great grandchild Liam Irby; her siblings, Daniel Phillips and JoAnn McClung; and her caregivers, Les Moul of Hominy Falls, WV., Julie Cornwell of Hominy Falls, WV., Opal Moore of Hominy Falls, WV. and Dawna Griffith of Hominy Falls, WV.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
