She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie Rysanek; her siblings, Fred Boyd, Stanly Boyd and Hilda Brokaw; and her children, Paul Rysanek and Tracy Schwalbach.
She is survived by: her daughter Lesley Johnston. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society of Manatee County in her honor.
