She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sheldon and Gertrude Sheldon; and her daughter Laurie Aldama. She is survived by: her daughter Jennie L. Kennell (Mervin); her son-in-law Ismael D. Aldama-Apodoca; her grandchildren, Linde Kennell Mehta (Ronak) and Alexander D. Aldama-Apodoca; her great grandchildren, Leo Mehta, Kian Mehta and Jace Mehta; and her sister Kathryn Hopkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
