She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lang and Christine Lang; and her husband Donald Whalen. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Wolfe (Steve) of Minneapolis, Darlene Stethem (Bryan) of South Bend, Indiana and Donald P. Whalen (Laura) of Parrish, Florida; her grandchildren, Traci Akers (Randy), Barry Kole (Heather), Danny Hoffman (Darcy), Stephanie Morrell (Brandon), Justin Whalen (Shannon), Sarah Parnell (Mike) and Patrick Wolfe; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Kole (Adelle), Brandy Clarke (Connor), Kim Gray (Nolan), Caitlyn Akers, Hannah Kole, Brooklyn Morrell and Sydney Morrell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
