It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen L. Heckman of Bradenton, Florida, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 17, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Thomas E. Hohenwarter and Helen Hohenwarter (Falk) of Lititz, PA.; her son Michael B. Heckman; her siblings, Thomas, Jr. (Christiane) of Chester, VA., Carol Hart (Ramon) of Cheverly, MD., Terry (Cindy) of Millersville, PA. and Diane Slawson (Scott) of Erie, PA.; and her former husband Michael S. Heckman of Sarasota, FL.. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles, nieces, nephews.
