He is survived by: his close friend Karen Glynn Deleeuw; and his siblings, Donna King, Susan Bassler (Gerald), Robbie Miller (William), Pamela, Beverly Ellis (Roger), Patricia Rehfeldt (Michael), Samuel and Richard.
