She is survived by: her husband Michael Peterson; her children, Rhonda Dunwoody (Melvin), Tiffany Chapman and Gary Chapman (Desiree); her grandchildren, Tamera Saunders (Corey), Camarria Saunders, Latoya Brown, Christopher Dunwoody, Ashia Dunwoody, Teaera Dawes, Tiona Dawes, Drayshaun Dawes, Avery Chapman, Zachary Chapman and Destiny Buie; her great grandchildren, Corey Saunders, Jr., Christian Lexis, Khloe Brown and La'Nyia Matthews; and her sisters, Gerri Humphries and Nita Brewer. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
