He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Verl and Nellie May Hough (Rinker). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Hough; his children, David Hough (Holly) and Stacey Hough; his stepchildren, Cindy Metzger (Burt) and Jeff Miller (Kara); his grandchildren, Kelsey Dey (Thomas), Lexi Hough, Lidiya Hough and Mackenzie Hough; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Ohler, Haley Miller, Kate Miller, Mallory Metzger and Kendra Metzger; his great grandchildren, Jax and Addi; and his siblings, Nancy Smith (Elzie), Donna Bookout, Connie Baty (Cecil) and Dale Hough (Roxie).
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel (515 E 53rd St, Anderson, IN 46013). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
