He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Boyd, Sr. and Bernice M. Boyd (Randall); and his siblings, Doreen Burors and William J. Boyd, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Steven T. Boyd of Rutland, MA, Robert Boyd of Rutland, MA, Susan Boyd of Nashua, NH, Debra Boyd of North Brookfield and Patricia Fowble of Southbridge, MA.; and his siblings, Francis J. Boyd, Jr. (Maryann) and Joan Whitney. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
