She is survived by: her cousin Linda; her husband Jerry Sivers; her son David Blascak (Eve Saxon); her grandsons, Mitchell and Kyle; her stepchildren, Todd Sivers (Maryanne) and Tina Wilmore (John Hummill); her stepgrandchildren, Dylan, Andy, Rachel and Julian; her sister Sharon Horinka (Paul); and her sisters-in-law, Iva Beecher, Dee Oleniacz and Carol Jones. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
