He was predeceased by: his sibling Whitney. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law David Mink; his granddaughters, Michelle Collette (Tony), Angela Perkins and Kristen Van Asten (Joe); and his great grandchildren, Cassidy, Carter, Kaden, Adalynn, Joey and Graham.
