She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Cook and Geraldine Cook; her sister Claire; and her grandson McCoy. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Mike), Kimberly (Ron) and Nicholas (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Hailey, Alexis, Nathan, Gavin, Kamryn, Eavan, Axl, Ari, Jackson and Olivia; and her great grandchildren, Waylon and Memphis Mae (James Clarke).
