He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Cotter and Dot Cotter; his wife Margaret "Peg" O'Mara; his children, Mike Cotter of Columbia City, IN, Marc Cotter (Stefanie) of Fort Wayne, IN and Molly Striker (Rich) of Fort Wayne, IN.; his grandchildren, Marc, Haile, Paul, Madie, Hannah, Grace, Mary Cotter, Mara and Jake Striker; and his great grandchildren, Marcie, Louie and CeCe.
