He is survived by: his wife Cindi (Eaton); his friend Vince Lombardi; his son Giacomo Bollettieri; his friends, Nick and Cindi; his nieces and nephews, Bethany Lara (Young), Matt, Whitney Saunders (Young), Justin, Alley Larocque (Young), Ian, Renn Young (Gardner), Benjamin, Emily Young (Bowman), Elias, Nancy Worley (Young) and Jonathan Young; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Malachi, Alaina, Obidiah, Ronan, Evelyn, Merritt, Charlotte, Annika, Elliott, Ira and Selah; his children, Being, James Thomas Bollettieri, Danielle Bollettieri (Greg Breunich), Angelique Bollettieri, Nicole Bollettieri Kroenig (Brad), Alexandra Bollettieri and Giovanni Bollettieri; his grandchildren, Willa Bay Breunich, Addison Skye Breunich, Hudson Kroenig and Jameson Kroenig; Nick.
