He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Smith and June Smith; and his grandparents, Olga, George Smith, Laben and Catherine Huff.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith; his son Chris Smith; his daughter-in-law Lori; his grandson Christopher Smith; and his brother Edward Smith (Joy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
