He is survived by: his wife Susan Luppo; his brother Tim Guentensberger; his children, Phillip Luppo Jr., Kristina Clevenstine and Toni Luppo; his stepchildren, Orin Sarabia, Jason Sarabia and Sara Larkin; his grandchildren, Ashley Clevenstine, Ashton Clevenstine, Carmelo Torres, Eowyn Larkin and Cody Leonard; his great grandchildren, Dante Leonard and Isabella Torres; and his sons, Crematory and Street West Bradenton.
