She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry VandeZande and Hazel VandeZande; her spouse Jerry Westra; and her siblings, Russell VandeZande and Shirley Sjoerdsma.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Egan (Mark), Ruth Cruikshank (Norman), William Westra (Sharon), Michael Westra (Kendra) and Peter (Jessica); her brother Neil VandeZande (Judy); and her close friend Wil Vreman.
